Sean is a British Actor, Model, Writer and Personal Trainer. Formerly a Royal Marines Commando Officer and Physical Training Instructor.  He chose to specialise as a Royal Marines Physical Training Instructor, earning his Crossed Clubs (the symbol of RM PTIs) and therefore the reputation of the Best Military Physical Trainers in the World. Sean was honoured with the accolade of heading up the Physical Training Department at The Commando Training Centre Royal Marines from 2006 – 2008. Sean is also a qualified teacher, earning a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in 2007 from the University of Plymouth. In 2009 Sean was asked to write the Ministry of Defence backed: Haynes Guide to Royal Marines Fitness, published in January 2010. Following this, Sean left the British Forces to pursue a career as an actor, model, writer and personal trainer.
