My account
    How can I change my details?
Your personal details saved in your account can easily be changed by logging into My Account.
Follow the link to My Profile to change your name, address, payment options, contact details, password and newsletter preferences.
     
    How can I remove my details or close my account?
You can delete certain parts of your personal details via My Account.
his section will allow you to remove your payment details and phone numbers for example.
If you would prefer to completely delete your account please click here and email the Customer Service team, they will be able to do this for you.
     
    What to do if I’ve forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password simply click here and enter your email address into the box. You will be sent a temporary password to enable you to log in to your account.
Once you have accessed your account you can change your password to something more memorable.
     
    How do I update my card details?
To update your card details log in to ‘My Account’ then go to ‘My Profile’ where you can amend or delete existing payment details or add a new card to your account.
Please check that you also enter the correct billing address for each payment card. If you would rather update your details by telephone please contact the Customer Service team
     
Orders
    How will I know when my order is ready for collection in store?
At the point that your order is dispatched to store we will send you an email to advise that it has been sent with an estimate of when it will arrive.
Once your order has been delivered to store staff there will call you on the number provided when the order was placed to advise that it is ready for collection.
If your order was placed in store or by telephone without an email address we will not be able to let you know when your order was dispatched, you will therefore only be contacted when your order is received in the store.
     
    How will I know when my order is shipped to me?
If you register your details with e-mail address, we will e-mail to inform you the tracking number of mailing once we dispatched.
     
    How to track my order?
You can track your order via the ‘My Orders’ section of “My Account”. From here you can check the status of your order including whether it has been dispatched. If your order has not yet been dispatched you can fill out the inquiry form at the tab contact us as to obtain an update from our Customer Service team on its progress. Once your order has been dispatched it should arrive within 2-3 working days.
     
 
Payment & Pricing
    Do you offer discount for bulk orders?
Many of our prices on the website already include large discounts. However for bulk orders we will consider offering additional discount, where possible.
To enquire whether any additional discount can be applied to a bulk order please email your details and information regarding the products you require along with their quantities to our e-Commerce team by clicking here.
     

    Why are the prices online different to in stores?
The costs associated with a website operation differ to those of a retail shop operation and as a consequence different prices can be offered.
     
   
Refunds & Returns
    How can I get a refund for an item bought online?
Goods sold are strictly non returnable and non exchangeable.
     
Magazines Subscriptions
    I haven’t received my first magazine yet, what should I do?
If you have not received your first issue after 4 weeks of your subscription has been paid, please contact our subscription helpline on SubscriptionGroup@asiabooks.com and telephone no. 0-2715-9000 Ext. 2429, 2449.
