1.Support for all ERP & Web Application
2. Develop & Improve all application in theirs responsibility
3. Analyze change of business requirements or new requirement
4. Generate ad-hoc queries and reports for users and sponsors in all aspects from user
5. Coordinate & Support for business requirement etc. new branch, exhibitions etc.
6. Create IT Document etc. Program specification, Data dictionary, Data flow, System flow
7. Testing all system and programme in theirs responsibility
8. Coordinate & Control outsource staffs in developing application
9. Providing after-hours production support as necessary

Qualifications and Skills Required:-

Key Responsibilities :

1.       Initiate and develop CRM promotion / mechanic and plan for execution

2.       Control CRM budget

3.       Find opportunities to recruit and retain member

4.       Motivate repeat purchase or increase average amount per transaction among active member

5.       Evaluate and analyze membership data to improve promotion activity and improve benefit to member in order to maintain customer satisfaction and gain more sales

6.       Accountable for all promotion activities starting from planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and actions to ensure those can help achieve business target

7.       Supervise all areas concerning with standardized merchandising & special merchandising to be aligned with business plan

8.       Initiate event marketing activities to strengthen relationship with customers which will help increase sales

Qualifications and Skills Required:-

1. Male or Female, age 30-35 years old
2. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or related fields
3. At least 5 years experience in CRM, Campaign, Exhibition, Promotion or Event 

4.  At least 3 years in management skill
4. Excellent command in reading, writing and speaking English.
5. Good in communication and presentation skill
6. Good interpersonal skills, can prioritize jobs, positive attitude, proactive, team player, strong analytical skill, initiative, energetic and service mind

Key Responsibilities :

     Standardized Merchandising  

1. Store lay out as plan-o-gram for all business channels; Asia Books, Bookazine, King Power and Book Outlet .
2. Merchandising at prime locations; counter display, end cap, table fixture, window display etc.
3. Product display for monthly promotion.
4. All POP materials. Have to manage any related POP materials which will be executed at the store level.
5. Initiate and develop opportunity to utilize space in the store to gain optimum usage.

Responsibilities:

4. Troubleshoot and management bssic problems and outages in Hardware/Software Management/Network including escalating the technical job or tasks to related person in order to follow up and solve the problems found during job process
5. IT Inventory manangmen i.e. Desktop, Laptop, Print and all IT equipment
